102° outside, and even hotter in the bay, I am sure… I call asking if Justin can fit me in TODAY for four new tires, and he says come on down! These folks are patient, professional, and extremely accommodating! and they had the new Assurance All-Weather with the tread my husband told me to ask for! Kevin’s entire team is fantastic, and Justin is a great front man! THANK YOU GOOD YEAR OF ITHACA! Worth the 45 min trek from where we live.

Was having a rough start to our race weekend with a flat on our 5th wheel trailer. Brought the tire into Justin and his team and he immediately stated he thought they had one in-stock. Asked if I could pick it up next day and he stated would be ready in less than an hour. Great customer service and the smile and handshake I needed to turn a bad start into a better result. Thanks

First class experience. Driving though the area and Had a flat tire which they inspected and told me I needed a replacement. No pressure to buy one from them when I told them I needed to get home and couldn’t wait. They Put the spare on and got me on my way in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review with genuine disappointment after what happened today. For the past six years, Goodyear has been my trusted automotive service provider. I have brought multiple vehicles here over the years and, until now, I have always had positive experiences. That long history of loyalty is what makes today’s experience particularly upsetting. I recently purchased a vehicle and, on May 23, the same day I completed the registration, I called Goodyear to schedule a New York State inspection. Because I trusted this location, I waited for the appointment that I was given and arrived today, May 30, expecting to have the inspection completed. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no appointment in the system. While mistakes can happen, what disappointed me most was not the missing appointment itself, but the complete lack of empathy and customer care that followed. I explained that I had called, that I was a long-time customer, and that I was approaching the end of the inspection period following my vehicle registration. Rather than receiving understanding, assistance, or even a sincere apology, I felt dismissed and treated as though my concerns did not matter. After

Service was amazing! Polite, professional, and managed to finish well before they'd said. I was only getting my car inspected; they noted a few issues that weren't on the inspection, made a few recommendations with estimates, and didn't pressure me when I said I'd rather take care of those another time. Price I paid was the flat fee for NYS inspection, nothing extra or unexpected. They even fixed/tweaked a few small things that had nothing to do with inspection, without even mentioning it; those things had been driving me *crazy*, but I hadn't said anything to them about it. I was SO excited when I saw they'd taken care of it! Will *definitely* be back!
